Got a chance to listen to this album 'Me and My Gang' from Rascal Flatts. It definitely rox! The album has a clean mix of country hits -from the fun and fast-paced title song ('n Backwards, of course!) to the inspirational Stand and the neat Ellsworth. With such upbeat music and lyrics that demand attention it would be easy to say that Rascal Flatts are deserting their twangy roots for a more palatable pop sound on this compilation. But listen closely and you'll find that they're really pushing the formulaic boundaries of commercial country further outward.
Super cd. Lots of great cuts. Pretty rockin country! Nashville has done it again. lol.
