Two Bulls knew 'K' would stay

NBA spark news:: To know Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski, as two Bulls rookies do, is to not be surprised at his announcement Monday that he had rejected an offer to coach the Los Angeles Lakers.

Coach K is a teaching coach, and in the NBA, there are too many players who already think they know it all and don't want to be taught.

''At Duke, Coach K is in total control of his program, and the administration would stand behind him. To them, he is more important than the players.''
